In the Tenderloin, in a haze of heroin and loss, horror novelist Zoe Starr tries to reassemble the shattered pieces of her life, gradually alienating everybody she has come to trust. Their love is unspoken, and together they will become their own legend. A shared lust for blood begets a nightmare world of post-modern sacrifice, perversion, redemption and slow-decay.

Kane Hodder was born in Auburn, California, but as a child moved with his family to the tiny South Pacific island of Wajalein, one of the Marshall Islands. When Kane eventually returned to California, he started getting stunt jobs on feature films and then made his way into the acting world, eventually to portray his best known character, the terrifying Jason Voorhees , in four consecutive installments of the FRIDAY THE 13TH franchise. He has starred in hundreds of films since then.

To date, Kane Hodder starred in FRIDAY THE 13TH PART VII: THE NEW BLOOD, FRIDAY THE 13TH PART VIII: JASON TAKES MANHATTAN, JASON GOES TO HELL: THE FINAL FRIDAY, and JASON X.

Kane is also well known for his starring role as Victor Crowley in HATCHET, which evolved into a franchise including HATCHET II and HATCHET III.

In the mid-1980s, Kane was performing a stunt that went horribly wrong, leaving him with second and third degree burns over 40% of his body. However, he eventually made a life-altering recovery, and has continued to be one of the most sought after horror icons in the film industry, thanks in no small part to his towering 6’3” height, his resounding voice and intimidating, imposing presence.
