House of Parkly – Haven for Misfit Monsters

THE BRAND

The House of Darkly label was established in 2005, initially for handmade designer clothing for the ball-joint doll community. It later was expanded to include costume and fashion commission work. In 2009, convention appearances began in earnest and the label pivoted to handmade designer plush. All works under the label are designed, patterned, and constructed solely by the artist. From tags and graphic design to pattern drafting to packing orders, it’s a one-person undertaking. The primary focus is on convention and online sales, but also includes custom production and prototyping.
