Megan Besmirched has been exhibiting her work internationally for sixteen years alongside many of the pop surrealists and lowbrow luminaries. Her paintings are in the style of the “Big-Eyed Masters”. Who include 1960’s artists such as Margaret Keane, GIG, and Igor Pantuhoff.

As w ell as paint and illustration she is in the process of writing a book of the same name to be published by Last Gasp. Has written for art magazines like Juxtapoz and Hi Fructose. She also started one of San Diego’s first pop up galleries in 2001.
